1 1⁄2ccooked or canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1⁄4cplain, non-fat yogurt
1Tchopped parsley
1Tminced garlic
1⁄4tground cumin
1⁄4tground cayenne pepper
1⁄4cfresh-squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients.

2. Process until well blended.

3. Use immediately, or refrigerate up to 3 hours.
