Ingredients
| 1 1⁄2 | c | cooked or canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained |
| 1⁄4 | c | plain, non-fat yogurt |
| 1 | T | chopped parsley |
| 1 | T | minced garlic |
| 1⁄4 | t | ground cumin |
| 1⁄4 | t | ground cayenne pepper |
| 1⁄4 | c | fresh-squeezed lemon juice |
Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients.
2. Process until well blended.
3. Use immediately, or refrigerate up to 3 hours.
