Adam Bornstein is a New York Times bestselling author, founder of Born Fitness, and an award-winning fitness and nutrition writer and editor. Named "one of the most influential people in health," Bornstein was previously the editorial director for LIVESTRONG.COM and before that the fitness editor for Men's Health.
