I felt like I was working hard, but my legs just weren't putting out as much effort as my heart. So I ripped Andy out of my ear (he talks to me through headphones; I only wear one because I like to hear what's going on around me when I run) and finished the run alone.
miCoach gave me a 6% for my efforts this morning—the lowest grade I've ever gotten. And I don't even care. I'm just happy that I got out of bed this morning and ran 6 pain-free miles.
You hear that, Andy? I don't care if you're disappointed in me today, because my shins feel great!
Do your efforts always match your output? What do you do when your legs just won't go faster?
