To begin again after not working out and living a unhealthy life syle is not an easy task but I am taking it up and this is day number 1.
I did my Arm workout 2 sets of 15 to 20 reps with 5# weights and that all I could do today, I feel like a wimp but my arms tell me otherwise. Tomorrow I am going food shopping which I absolutely hate and I hate cooking so this will all be interesting. Tonight for supper a big salad with hard boiled eggs. Yum
