After a over a year of dating, Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux are tying the knot!
As a bride-to-be, I'm always excited to find out when others get engaged. My childhood best friend recently got engaged and she asked me to be a bridesmaid, and a woman who I workout with at Boot Camp also recently got engaged. It's been fun bestowing all of my wedding knowledge on to them and it's great to also swap horror stories. The newest bride to be is also a "Friend."
Jennifer Aniston is engaged (FINALLY!) to Justin Theroux! The news broke over the weekend and I, personally, couldn't be happier for them. According to People.com, "Justin had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage." The couple has been dating for more than a year despite the ever present gossip of the duo breaking up. This is the first marriage for Justin, and the second for Jennifer who was previously married to Brad Pitt. We all know how that worked out.
Jennifer and Justin enjoyed a whirlwind romance that will ultimately culminate with a walk down the aisle. How large or small the wedding will be is still under speculation, but one thing is for sure she will be a gorgeous bride.
Jennifer has always had a fantastic, fit body. We have no doubt that she will show it off at her impending nuptials. In the meantime, I've compiled some SHAPE articles that showcase how to get a body like Jen's for your wedding day:
- Aniston's trainer, Mandy Ingber, shared how to get Jennifer's killer abs in this workout video.
- If you need some zen as you plan your own wedding, check out Aniston's Yoga Workout.
- If you want to find out Aniston's Healthy Living Secrets, aka how she stays so fit and sexy check this out.
- Mandy Ingber shares how to get legs like Jen and her philosophy behind Yogalosophy (I own this DVD and picked it up because I wanted to have a body like Jen's.)
Since Aniston has been through the wedding process once before, we think she'll have everything down pat. Although, I don't have an unlimited budget or the top wedding planner to the stars, maybe I can still learn a thing or two from her as I creep closer and closer to my date. *wink*
