Jiggly Arms: Plan of Attack

David, my trainer, and I are working on a total body makeover, but arms are all the rage when it comes to fit brides. Here David shows how to do a proper tricep extension, which will help eliminate the flabby underarm area. Right now, I'm doing three sets of 12 reps and lifting 10 pounds. By the end of our program, David wants me lifting 30 pounds. I think I can, I think I can! Watch this video for the move.
