I was having a conversation with my MOH, Meghan, last night about practicality. I said how I wanted to be as practical as possible with certain aspects of my wedding. Specifically when it comes to costs for others, ie. Bridesmaid dresses and suits for the guys. Meg even mentioned how many couples love to "keep the cost down" of their wedding for themselves by only inviting a low number of guests, even though the guests and bridal party attendees still have to shell out mucho bucks to be a part of the festivities.
As if she was reading my mind, Martha Stewart Weddings compiled a list of Wear-Again-Worthy Bridesmaid Dresses. Here are my top five picks:
Alfred Sung--This is just one of the many wear-again-worthy styles from Alfred Sung. This dress can also be worn to a cocktail party or a night on the town.
Lela Rose--This gorgeous cowl neck dress hits just above the knee and is perfect for the Bridesmaids and also for a fancy work soiree.
Watters--The tulle bow belt really makes this dress pop for me, and the iridescence fabric isn't overwhelming at all. Perfect for any fancy occasion.
Jim Hjelm--This sexy number is perfect for the cocktail only Wedding receptions, a Vegas quickie and even a New Years Eve affair.
Lazaro--The sexy sophistication-ness is off the charts with this Lazaro dress. And the best part? It has pockets!
Which dress is your favorite?
