As the host of Dancing With the Stars, Brooke Burke Charvet is internationally recognized for her fit physique. The star, who's the new face of Claritin, works hard for that toned body! But with such a busy schedule, it's often hard to get to the gym, she admits. Read on for her favorite ways to get fit—no gym membership required!
1. Jumping on the trampoline. "My kids and I do that all the time," Burke Charvet says. "When I can, I'd much prefer to be outside hiking, or swimming."
2. Dancing. Burke Chavet has worn a lot of hats in her lifetime. The former swimsuit model also used to be a dancer! "Everyone always asks me if I get to do any dancing on DWTS, and I don't, and I miss it!" she says. "But I recently started taking this jam class that's a kind of cardio-jam super-fun mix. It's got a lot of Latin flavor to it. You don't even feel like you're working out!"
3. Transformation. "I launched my own DVD series, Transformation, this past year, so I probably do that about three times per week," Burke Chavet says. "It's a total body-toning and sculpting workout that you can do easily from home."
