How Scarlett Johansson Stays Camera-Ready
Scarlett Johansson has broken her silence about the nude photos of her that leaked online in September. Johansson, who was the victim of the same hacker who targeted Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis, "Secret Life of the American Teenager" actress Renee Olstead, and celebrity stylist Simon Harouche, spoke about it for the first time this morning, saying that they were private photos to be sent to her now ex-husband, Ryan Reynolds, and that she doesn't feel ashamed of them. We don't think she should either— we think she looks great! So just how does Johansson stay so camera-ready and fit?
1. She changed her diet. For her Iron Man 2 workout last April, Johansson completely cut out salt and fried foods.
2. Strength training. Johansson is a fan of the kettlebell workout— she works out at least three times per week and incorporates strength-training moves like pull-ups into her workout on a regular basis.
3. Jogging and running. In response to a rumor that she had crash-dieted to lose 14 pounds off her 5'3 frame for Iron Man 2, Johansson wrote a guest post on Huffington Post in 2009, stating that while she had never been a "gym rat," she had "worked up a sweat in the name of cardio before."
