Without a doubt, Biel does have lust worthy biceps—and we mustn’t fail to mention an impeccably toned bottom half—but is it really necessary to objectify them to the point of their very own social media presence?
The description of Biel’s tweeting tush, for example, goes so far as to say, “This a parody account...All hail Jessica Biel's ASS....” Not to be outdone by her upper half, which reads: “We are @JessicaBiel's arms and we are AWESOME! #BestArmsInHollywood.”
Biel, of course, takes the whole situation in stride. And while we can’t say we’re going to be following her body parts on Twitter any time soon, one thing we can get behind his her healthy, fit lifestyle.
A self-described “adrenaline junkie,” the 32-year-old doesn’t shy away from the outdoors. She regularly practices yoga, hikes, bikes, and gets moving with her dog—even famously climbing to the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2009.

“Some days I’ll sprint on the treadmill; other days I’ll hike with the dogs. I also fit in yoga classes and some swimming,” Biel divulged to InStyle in 2012. “My trainer, Jason Walsh, works with athletes, so we do a lot of football drills, like pulling big sleds and waving heavy ropes...It’s intense cardiovascular training but really fun.”
