Sports Illustrated has managed to outdo itself with this year's Swimsuit Edition, putting more than one model on the cover for the first time since 2006. The 50th anniversary issue features the sexy threesome of Chrissy Teigen, Nina Agdal, and Lily Aldridge. [Tweet this news!]
This is a first SI cover for Teigen, who's married to John Legend. The stunning supermodel sticks to a mostly low-carb diet, never skips breakfast, and is a big fan of avocado, tuna, green juices, and nuts. Try her low-carb recipes (bacon and cheese-stuffed chicken breast? Yes, please!) and check out what Teigen eats almost every day.
Danish supermodel Agdal came by her bangin' body by a lot of "sweat and tears," she told Shape in an earlier interview, and tries to eat small five meals a day to keep her metabolism revvved (though she confessed that she occasionally caves in and has a bacon cheeseburger—a girl after our own hearts!).
When we caught up with Aldridge earlier this year at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, the veteran VS angel revealed that she loves healthy foods like avocado and workouts like Pilates, but she's not a fan of running. "I can't get into the zone that everyone talks about," she says. She also opened up and explained that she was very insecure as a teenager (somehow it's comforting to know that even VS models don't feel perfect all the time!). "But as you grow up, you realize how special the unique things about yourself are, things that might have made you feel insecure when you were younger, you realize how beautiful they are, which I think is so important for young people—or people of any age—to know," she says.
