When Stacy Keibler stopped by the SHAPE offices the first thing we noticed is that she’s even more gorgeous than we all thought! It’s no wonder the leggy blonde is George Clooney’s new girlfriend; it doesn’t hurt that she’s just a sweet girl, too. But back to that bod—Keibler is long and lean and while good genetics is clearly the main ingredient, the former Dancing with the Stars contestant works hard for her figure.

In the video below, Keibler’s trainer Juliet Kaska, who also works with ripped celebrities like Pink, shares five challenging moves she uses to achieve that well-defined middle. Personally I’ve tried them all except the coordination fly, which is good not just for the middle but the arms as well, and I can say that they are all challenging and effective. I will be doing this full routine, including the coordination fly, tonight! We’ll see how sore I am tomorrow.

All you need is a set of five-pounds weights, or whatever size you have on hand. Perhaps Keibler uses this routine when she’s staying at Clooney’s Lake Como estate….
