Even if you're not a Victoria's Secret Model, you can still work out like one, because we've managed to snag the workout secrets of VS model Lindsay Ellingson! In the video below, she and trainer Mark Gordon demonstrate the lower-body workout routine she follows to get runway-ready for the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

All you need is a stability ball and a yoga mat, and you're set!
