It’s pretty much accepted that Cameron Diaz has an extremely fit body. That’s why when her trainer, Teddy Bass, shared these total-body moves with FitSugar I decided to check them out. The man behind Cameron’s body must know his stuff!
This routine is great because it takes basic moves you already know and makes them work for you just a little bit harder. For example, we all know and love (or hate) the squat, but Teddy’s squat press with twist targets the hamstrings more than a traditional squat. It also works your arms with the overhead press, and targets your obliques with the twist. Seriously, every move in this workout expands on what you already know to engage the entire body in just 10 minutes. Watch the video and add these moves to your routine at home or in the gym. All you need is a set of light dumbbells.
