What does it take for a Victoria’s Secret model to keep her long legs looking lean and toned? A lot of hard work and a little teamwork too. To sculpt gorgeous gams Victoria’s Secret Angel Doutzen Kroes decided to follow the lead of Victoria’s Secret Sport's most fit Facebook fans. The leggy model collected her favorite leg-toning tips from the lingerie brand’s Facebook followers and had her personal trainer create a well-rounded and effective lower body workout using their top tips. Watch the video below as Kroes and her trainer demonstrate each move to sculpt your own set of slender stems this summer.
Aside from the routine below, Kroes loves jumping rope to maintain her figure. She always listens to upbeat music to keep her heart rate up and stay motivated while working out. When it comes to diet, Kroes loves a hearty salad for lunch and a healthy combination of fish and veggies for dinner but says bread is the one food she just can’t live without. But when she needs to look extra tight and toned in her swimsuit hydration is the real secret. Kroes drinks lots of water and moisturizes her skin as a “sexy accessory for swimsuits.” The Angel also loves a cold shower to tighten her skin.
