Want to figure out how to sculpt a butt like these lovely ladies? We got celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, who worked with Lopez for over a decade, to spill his secrets to gravity-defying glutes

“If you want to enhance the shape of your butt, as well as tone and tighten, the most important exercises are squats and lunges,” Peterson says. “Be sure to use weights, weights, weights, and weights…and then some weights!”

Peterson recommends moves like twisting lunges and a variety of squats from different angles to target the butt muscles, obliques, and lower body.

Don't forget the cardio! Cardio is imperative to kicking up your heart rate and helping you see results. 

And of course, follow it all with a healthy diet by making sure you eat a good mix of complex carbs, proteins, and healthy fats.
