If you eat with your eyes before your stomach then I’m full! I rarely follow recipes but love checking Pinterest for healthy eating inspiration. Here are three of my fave from this week that I can’t wait to try out (and one I just couldn’t resist). Hopefully these will help you eat a little healthier and a little tastier too! 1. Zucchini pasta
If you followed me during Raw Week you know I’ve become obsessed with making veggie noodles with my new julienne peeler but I never thought to make noodles with my regular vegetable peeler! I love the look of this zucchini pasta because it has the look of fettuccine with pesto sauce. As I said, You eat with your eyes first!
2. Lazy sushi bowl
It’s brilliant! I’ve always been intimidated by making my own sushi but this looks doable and totally tasty. The black sesame seeds really take this dish up a notch.
3. Avocados for life!
Did you know you can freeze avocados for months? This is going to revolutionize my life. I’m headed to pick up the heart healthy fruit tonight. They’re just one dollar at my grocery store this week.
4. Reeses peanut butter cup layer cake
Everything in moderation right? Right??
