Say goodbye to sour cream
Sour cream is smooth and dense, which makes it great for dips, sauces, and baked goods. Unfortunately, it's also extremely high in calories and fat—bad news for your waistline.
1 cup = 490 calories
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese mixed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice (saves 325 calories)
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (saves 390 calories)
Tap into flourless power
Flour is high in calories, low in nutritional value.
