Have you ever heard of a cocktail caterer? I hadn’t either, until about a year ago when I met Christy Pope of Cuffs & Buttons Cocktail Catering. People like her create delicious beverages and bring them wherever you’re entertaining with no food to distract them from fulfilling your every drinking pleasure.

As you can imagine, the expert mixologist whipped up some tasty tipples. And for the first time, a non-sweet drinker like me enjoyed a dessert cocktail so much that I wanted to share it. Hope you like it too! Tell me in the comments below if you're a dessert drink convert!

Jam on It
209 calories, 20g carbs, 13g sugars, 15mg potassium

Ingredients:
1/2 ounce Campari® 
1 1/2 ounces Soju 
1 tablespoon strawberry preserves 
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
