Colored eggs get a grown up twist with these colorful egg white cocktails
Instead of dying eggs this year, use yours to shake up some Easter-appropriate cocktails with KAPPA Pisco. The Chilean spirit imparts spring-inspired orange blossom floral aromatics and notes of fruit, and adding egg whites creates a savory froth. Best of all, at less than 200 calories, these drinks are a better treat than eating an entire chocolate bunny (or even just one Cadbury Creme Egg and two Peeps!).
KAPPA Blue Bunny

1 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces KAPPA Pisco
1 ounce lemon juice
1 egg white
In a shaker, muddle blueberries with simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and add remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into a small champagne flute or martini glass.
