Add a little extra pizzazz to your holiday soirée with the vibrant Pomchi Smash. Fresh raspberries and mint give this drink an appropriate color palette and lots of fresh flavors.
10 fresh raspberries, plus 1 for garnish
5 mint leaves, plus 1 for garnish
1 1/2 ounces Ron Abuelo Añejo rum
2 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Dash Angostura bitters
Muddle raspberry with mint. Add rum, cranberry juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Shake hard and strain into a highball glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with raspberry and mint.
