During Fashion Week, the cocktails are as stylish as the people sipping them, but you don’t need an invite or designer duds to get in on the action. The Inn-uendo, made with Inniskillin ice wine, is one of my favorite catwalk-worthy cocktails created by bartender and Dutch Kills co-founder Karin Stanley. Fashionistas can step away from the tents at Lincoln Center and the shows at Milk Studios for stylish sipping at the Mandarin Oriental, Rue 57, Buddakan, and Morimoto, which all serve the Inn-uendo, but you can whip up a batch at home. This recipe clocks in at less than 300 calories, but I’ll still be sticking to one serving so I can slip into my favorite fashions from the runway!
2 ounces Inniskillin Riesling Icewine
1 ounces vodka
2 fresh strawberries
Muddle all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake to chill. Strain over ice into a highball glass and top with tonic water.
