Think Pink to Stay Hydrated: Watermelon-Mint Juice Recipe

It's not really summer until you've enjoyed a big slice of watermelon. But when the seeds just won't do, take a sip of this refreshing watermelon-mint cooler, inspired by one of our favorite OnJuice concoctions.

Perfect for hot summer days, this juicing recipe for energy is full of antioxidants and vitamins A and C. Add to that the de-bloating properties of mint, and you've found yourself the go-to health elixir of the season!

Watermelon-Mint Juice

Serves: 1 (yields 16 ounces)

Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon

1/2 cup honeydew melon

1 cucumber

1 lime, peel and pith removed

3/4 cup mint

Directions:
Run all ingredients through a juicer. Pour juice into glass, and enjoy immediately.

*It's best to make this recipe with a slow juicer. If you do not have a slow juicer, then juice all ingredients together except mint. Use a blender to mix juice and mint together.
