20-Minute Pudge-Busting Workout

Over the years my clients have come up with the most creative names for various body parts they would like to tone.  But, the most common terms I have heard refer to food—muffin top, jelly-roll belly, doughboy arms...the list goes on. So today's workout is dedicated to toning up that bakery body!

The following 20-minute dynamic workout requires your own bodyweight and a commitment to yourself. The program is based on Rapid Muscle Response with 30-second bursts, meaning that every 30 seconds your body is experiencing results.  As I say at the end of each workout, 5 percent of people make things happen, 15 percent watch and 80 percent don't know what's going on—vow to be part of that 5 percent.
