HELP!!

I've been trying for about 6 months now and I can't get to my goal weight! I don't know what else I can do...All I need is to loose 5 more pounds and that's it! I've tried everything I can think of, short of starving myself which is not my idea of loosing weight.

I'm 5'2 at 130 pounds I want to be at 125. My husband and everyone else keeps telling me that I look great and I shouldn't worry about it..... they keep telling me that I'm mostly muscle.

I feel like if I don't reach this personal goal of mine then I'm just giving up and I'll fall into a pattern of not caring, and end up being 180 pounds again looking like an oompa loompa!

I don't know why I can't seem to get past 130 but I can't so I'm asking for any advice anyone has.
