Hi! I am 19 years old, 5'2'' and I weigh 160 lbs. I am 30 lbs. over weight. I recently got engaged, and I need to make a lifestyle change. It is proving harder than I thought. I do really well with my eating habits until after dinner. I want dessert, candy, cake or sweets. I can't hold myself back when it comes to after dinner eating. I have been working out in the mornings, and eating a healthy diet (except after dinner)
What can I do?! Did you use to be like this? Is there any advise you have?
