Fitness Lessons I Learned the Hard Way
For the month of March, I made it my personal goal to hit the gym four times a week. I hoped to improve my overall fitness, relieve stress, and lower my risk of strokes since it runs in my family. Although I didn’t always make it to four times a week, I did learn a lot from setting this goal for myself.One important lesson learned is that I can’t use my asthma as an excuse not to run.
