just a week ago I was fired up about my new goal, having a six pack for the summer. Now, I'm loosing motivation. I do everything right with excersise and eating right but I seem to be stuck at one weight...I just don't understand what I could be doing wrong! I wonder if it's possible that my body has lost all it could and now I have to just focus on toning up......oh well....I will keep trying and find motivation somewhere. This blog makes me feel better all ready!
