I was doing well on losing weight, 50lbs in the last 1.5yrs. Then i started eating, I mean, EATING and gaining and now, i'm without any type of 'want to'. My boyfriend wants me to lose weight but more then that, I WANT to lose weight. I've always been big and want to know what it feels like to look in the mirror and be happy. But i get very discouraged because i'm starting to try recipes, but how do I fix something that is delicious and will fill me up and he will like. He's a meat and potatoes type of guy. lol you know the type.
