Mastering the perfect stir-fry!

I always wonder why my stir-fries turn out tasteless—and now I know. I essentially chop up everything, throw it into the wok, and then mix it around. Our executive editor (and amazing cook) Trisha Calvo met with cookbook author Grace Young, who creates many of the recipes you see in Shape, to put together a video that you can watch here on the perfect stir-fry. Maybe this weekend, I'll make a stir-fry—and actually have my son say it's good! (I think the last time he ate one of mine, his words: "This tastes horrible!")
