If you're following me and training for your first tri…or just need a schedule for outdoor workouts, this month's plan is here! For me, what works best is loosely following this schedule: some days that call for rest I'm revved up to do a great bike/run. Other days that call for an intense workout, I take a rest. That's the key to sticking with any exercise plan; follow what YOUR body is telling you. What you'll find is you're happier overall, actually look forward to exercising, and get more out of your workouts. Good luck with your training!
