Hi I'm kittysherr, I have always worked out and its a part of my lifestyle i just need some freinds to share and get ideas that work for the hardest areas to loose i have lost at least 50 since 09 with new ways of eating and different routines .. i do at home excersizes routines and working on self image to accept what we have and think ourselves healthy ...have a great day Sherr
