New me!!

Hi everyone....I started my new way of healthy eating /excersing last monday the 1st. I have started a vegetarion diet and cut out almost all dairy products, especially cheese ( the biggest culprit)! I also bought the Shape video and have been religiously doing 20 minutes of it every day , 6 days a week. Since last monday I have lost "7" pounds. I have 13 more to go to reach my first goal of a 20 pound weight loss. From there I will set another 20 pound goal and then a 10 pound goal. In the end I would like to loose 50 pounds! So.....any advice? I have been eating lots of whole wheat and vegies and also soy and tofu, so far so good!
