Newbie

I'm a single mommy of a 8 month old. I really want to lose weight and get healthy for my son. I want to be able to play with him when he's older with out having to stop and catch my breath. I'm 5'7 and weigh 197. I want to get down to 140-150. I was up to 217 right before I delivered. I've always been chunky and it's gotten worse over the years. I really need a support system to help me stay on track. The only types of exercise I can do is ones that don't require equipment. I can't afford a gym and the gym at my school doesn't have child watch. Any buddies out there?
