Follow the directions on the box to cook the whole wheat pasta. While pasta is cooking, sauté chopped carrots in olive oil, and when they’re getting tender, add chickpeas for a minute or so. Then zap about a ½ cup of vegan pasta sauce in the microwave.
Put pasta in a bowl, followed by the sauce, then pile the sautéed veggies on top along with some bean sprouts (or whatever you want, really). It was filling and awesome and it took less then 10 minutes!
