powerhouse

I want to wish everyone health and prosperity in this new year!  I don't know about you but I am glad 2009 is over.

In Pilates your powerhouse is not just "abs"  Activating this area of the body, bottom of the ribs to lower abs into the buttocks and inner thigh, is key to getting the best results for your workout.  Think of your body functioning like a well oiled machine. The "main gear" is your center.  The other parts of your body cannot function as well with out turning on that "main gear" first.
