As much as we would all love to lose 30lbs in a month it just doesn't happen that way. Focus on the long term goal and take one day at a time. I've realized whenI try to lose a large amount or say 30lbs its soulds like so much and then I get discouraged. Rigth now Im kicking up my cardio 1hr in the morning and then an 1hr at night with some weight training to tone and firm the body. I've done this before and know it works it just taked dedication on our part. I wish you all the best.
