As if the listeria outbreak in cantaloupe wasn't bad enough, there's a new food-borne illness scare. Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. is recalling about 131,300 pounds of ground beef under fears that it may be contaminated with E. coli. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced the recall after Ohio health authorities reported that a family had become ill with E. coli, and that the ground beef in the family's home tested positive.
