Besides cooking at the right temperature for the right amount of time, it turns out that one of the steps many turkey recipes leave out is resting the bird. While it's super tempting to nibble on some meat as soon as it comes out of the oven, no matter what turkey recipe you're making this year, it's important to let the bird rest for 20 minutes. With juicer, more delicious meat promised, it's definitely worth the wait this Thanksgiving!
