Taking the phrase "you're only as old as you feel" to new levels, Guinness World Records named 93-year-old Tao Porchon-Lynch as the “World’s Oldest Yoga Teacher.” 

Proof that age should be no barrier to fitness, this New Yorker regularly teaches classes and studied with yogi greats Indra Devi, Sri Aurobindo, and BKS Iyengar, according to Well + Good NYC.  

Despite having hip-replacement surgery, Porchon-Lynch has no plans of slowing down either. In a interview with the BBC, Porchon-Lynch says that she's going to teach yoga until she "can't breathe anymore."

“Then it’s going to carry me to the next planet,” she says in the interview. “I love yoga, it brightens my day and makes everybody smile.”

How many yoga lovers do we have out there? Doesn't this just make you smile with her?
