As the holidays approach, the temperature starts dropping and the parties abound. The last thing you feel like doing is working out! So we're getting creative. We recently came across this "Working Out in the Workplace" infographic from Compliance and Safety that has some fabulous ideas. We especially like the cubicle wall-sits and the chair pick-ups. That's good stuff there (not to mention, it also includes tips on avoiding not-so-fun conditions like carpal tunnel and bursitis).
