To anyone who has dabbled in yoga before or who is a regular yoga practicer, if you have not had a chance to do a Shiva Rea yoga workout, I stronglt suggest it. You can access one of her dvds on hulu for free. The ab section - O.M.G. I consider myself to have relatively solid core strength and it takes a lot for my abs to be legitimately sore the day after any ab workout. Yesterday, I did the Shiva Rea workout on hulu and I can barely laugh today without feeling it in my core.. Many ab workouts work your upper abs but don't really address the obliques and the lower abs, most women's main focus - Shiva Rea's workout is the exeption. Fantastic!
