- ½ banana
- 1 6-oz container fat-free vanilla yogurt (I like Dannon Light n’ Fit.)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup – ½ cup Pom pomegranate juice (to taste—the stuff is strong.)
- Optional: 1 tbs vanilla protein powder if you normally add it to smoothies, a sprinkling of chia seeds, a few ice cubes.
Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy! Serves 1.
