Trying to get started...

Okay, I'm new to the whole blog thing... so here goes. I'm trying to get started on getting in shape.  I'm going to start some cardio classes on monday.  It's so hard for me to stick to a routine though.  I start strong, then fizzle out....  It's really hard for me to eat healthy too.  I don't need to lose alot of weight, just 15lbs, I'm really more concerned with getting toned. any suggestion that anyone has about sticking to a routine would help....
