Weekly Workout

I like to get inspiration from other peoples’ workouts so share yours with me! Input from friends keeps the routine from getting well…routine!

Monday- 30 minutes on the elliptical first thing in the morning; one hour of Zumba in the late afternoon

Tuesday- running 3-4 miles

Wednesday- 30 minutes on the elliptical in the morning; running 3-4 miles later

Thursday- 90 minutes of Yoga in the evening

Friday- rest

Saturday- run however much I feel I can do, time of day also varies; occasional Yoga in the morning

Sunday- try to take a long run (5+ miles), if I’m not feeling it, then 3-4 miles
