Join The 7-Day Clean Eating Challenge!

Do you feel like your diet needs a fresh start? There's nothing like a
challenge to break you out of a bad routine!

For the next 7 days, we’re doing a clean eating challenge. The goal is to
make a clean break, to simplify your diet and to enjoy nutrient-packed meals
and snacks that actually taste good. I created brand new recipes

Today’s tip: Clean up your yogurt.
Trade in brands made with artificial sugars, colors and flavors for plain,
nonfat (regular or Greek). The only ingredients should be pasteurized
skimmed milk, preferably organic (or organic soy milk if you don’t do dairy) and live active yogurt cultures. You can spruce it up naturally by adding fresh fruit and spices like cinnamon, fresh grated ginger or nutmeg.
