Ever get bored with the gym, using the same cardio machines day in and out: the treadmill, the elliptical, and the Stairmaster? I do! In an effort to add a little variety to my exercise routine and give my workouts a happy makeover, I started brainstorming activities that I could do that would allow me to burn calories while having a little fun. Here is what I came up with:
Washing my car
Taking a fitness class at the gym
Walking around museums
Walking my dog in the park
