Clumsy does it

I’m also afraid of injury. Two years ago I fell down the slate stairs outside my parents’ house and tore all of the ligaments in both my ankles. There went my workouts. A year later I fell again and twisted my left ankle. I couldn’t believe I’d done the same thing twice! Thank goodness we still had the crutches. Although I feel much stronger now—physically and mentally—I’m a little scared of re-injuring myself. Do you have any tips or exercises to improve my balance?
