FOOD:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with chopped apple and soya milk

Lunch: Vegetable Lasagne

Snacks: Banana, Orange

Dinner: Stir Fry (Brown Rice, Tofu, Savoy Cabbage, Mangetout, Carrot)

total: 1710 kcal

 

EXERCISE:

Pilates DVD, 30min

 

ETC:

I overslept and couldn't go to the gym. So I squeezed in a little Pilates DVD session later in the day. Better than nothing, but tomorrow I need to get up in time and do some proper cardio at the gym.

For lunch I got a ready meal lasagne - I don't normally eat processed food at all, but since it's the first day I wanted something convenient that made it easy for me to count the calories and stay on track today. Don't want to lose motivation before I even get going. 

Here are some pictures of Shenae Grimes, she seems to work out a LOT and she always looks so happy doing it, not to mention she looks great! Can I be that cool please?
