Lunch: Wholemeal bread with vegemite, camambert and gherkins. Baked beans.
Snacks: Pineapple pieces, yogurt smoothie with kiwi and banana.
Dinner: Leftover piece from yesterday's home-made pizza.

I went running outside today, for the first time in forever. it was nice! It rains so much in winter that whenever the sun comes out, it's good to go outside and make the most of it. Even though it was pretty cold. I feel like I am slowly getting into a routine of eating well. I would like to lose 5lbs next month. And go to the gym at least 20 times. (This month I exercised 17 times, ate 80 pieces of fruit, stuck to my financial budget, lost almost 3lbs). Making progress with the New Year's resolutions.
